Here at Northern Grampians Shire Council, we are passionate about our communities.

We are a team of over 200 people committed to shaping our region into a place where locals and visitors of all ages can thrive, surrounded by the pristine landscapes that we are lucky enough to call our backyard.

We were recently recognised as industry leaders in innovation for our Google-based work environment. We don’t believe being chained to the same desk every day is the most efficient or productive way to work, so we’ve introduced activity-based workspaces, promoting collaboration and creativity amongst our team. We want like-minded people committed to making a difference to join us.
