Grampians jobs is a free service set up exclusively for businesses in the Grampians Region to help fill staff shortages and provide a high quality resource for candidates wishing to relocate to the region.

The site is being marketed to job seekers in Melbourne, Adelaide and major population centres of Victoria.

If you are listing a job vacancy for the first time you need to create an account. You can do this by simply entering your email address and a password. Your business will need to be approved as a genuine employer located in the Grampians region.

Once your account is approved you may list as many job vacancies as you choose.

The location of the job must, however, be in one of the four local government areas of Ararat Rural City, Horsham Rural City, Northern Grampians Shire and Southern Grampians Shire Council.

  1. Create your User account.
  2. Enter your company details. Your business will be verified as a business in the Grampians Region.
  3. Create your job listings.

If you own or manage a business or organisation based in the Grampians Region and you require skilled workers, get involved! As an ongoing feature, the four local governments are the first in Victoria to have partnered with ‘Shift Regional’, which is a unique digital platform and associated service designed to attract skilled workers to regional areas.

You simply need to specify the skills you require so that we can connect you with potential employees on our ever-growing database who could meet your needs.

This is different to posting a job vacancy.

By registering your company and advising what your ongoing skill gaps are, you are helping your local council to identify industry needs. Shift Regional will also use this information to work to attract and match those needs with the ever-growing database of potential candidates.
