Job Description

The key elements of this role involve:

  • Timely and accurate entry of sales orders into the system
  • Follow up on all customer enquiries, ensuring all customers are informed and updated with the status of their order at every critical stage
  • Liaison with the purchasing, engineering, planning and manufacturing teams to ensure successful OTD of products and solutions to our valued customers
  • Providing essential sales and administrative support to the Sales and Business Development Managers
  • Preparing data, graphs, reports and documentation for all meetings and reviews
