Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting part time opportunity for a Branch Administrator in our Horsham branch on a year contract. This job is perfect for those looking for a gap year or seeking work life balance whilst gaining the opportunity to work for a leading agricultural brand.

A day in the life at Emmetts would see the successful applicant:

  • Provide assistance to the regional & department managers when required.
  • Process all mail and banking
  • Reconciling of petty cash
  • Take messages or assist customers for all incoming calls
  • Maintain and organize all staff stationary
  • Assist in updating customer details
  • Assist Finance team with information they may require
  • Enter, scan and email all creditor invoices for branch
  • Assist with enquiries from internal & external customers
  • Maintain kitchen supplies for staff
  • Maintain merchandise displays

Skills and Experiences:

  • Previous experience in a Finance or Administration related position
  • A “can do” solutions driven approach with a meticulous eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to learn and motivation to succeed
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use standard computer load applications and internet functions
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia


  • Previous experience in a service administration related position (2+ years)
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing sound financial processes and systems to support a multifaceted business
  • Experience in a busy environment whilst maintaining great work ethic
  • Experience in EQUIP business system and strong computer skills, including Microsoft office
  • An understanding of mechanical terminology and farm practices
