The Hamilton nursing administration department is seeking highly motivated individual(s) with excellent clerical skills to join their team.
Offering 80 hours per fortnight, this full time role can be split over multiple shifts to suit. It will involve Complete Data entry of Patients appointments in Electronic Health records, supporting Medical Unit Ward with clerical duties and phone calls.
The suitable applicant(s) will provide advanced level of experience in delivering high quality clerical and administrative services, the ability to maintain medical records and professionalism towards reception support to the department and consultants. You will need to display interpersonal skills, be able to perform a range of complex tasks, team-orientated and enthusiastic.
Previous customer service and clerical experience in a healthcare environment will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
