A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Cellar Door team. Based at the winery in Great Western, Victoria, you will be reporting to the National Sales Manager and responsible for managing all aspects of the Cellar Door.
The successful applicant will have a professional attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering memorable wine experiences to our loyal customers. You will be hands-on, willing to work weekends and public holidays if necessary and have excellent people management skills, superior time management and the ability to create a warm and welcoming Cellar Door.
You will be energetic with a genuine love of wine, food and meeting new people. You will embody the family’s culture and values and will help design and deliver small scale events such as VIP member gatherings. Previous winery-based experience will be an advantage, but not essential.
An attractive salary package will be offered commensurate with your experience and ability.
