Customer service coordinator

Job Description

The key elements of this role involve:

  • Providing on site technical support, fault finding and rework services of wiring harnesses for customers
  • From knowledge gained through being trained to A620/610 standards ensure reworks are carried out to the required level of workmanship
  • Providing immediate response to customer enquiries on appropriate documentation
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Being able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
  • Excellent manual handling and repetitive motion abilities
  • Adherence to safety requirements and company policies
  • Accurate time and record keeping
  • Good communication skills 
  • Being able to work effectively in a team
