Technical training coordinator

Job Description

The key elements of this role involve:

  • Proactively managing the performance, engagement and development of your team ensuring all team members are successfully motivated, trained and supported
  • Drive attainment of established team productivity, effectivity and KPI’s and provide feedback and reports to team members and management on a regular basis
  • Guidance and assistance to Team Members in setting and achieving SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Timely) goals
  • Ensuring your Team is equipped with all necessary; resources, processes, tooling and training to safely carry out their duties to meet the needs of the Strategic and Departmental Goals.
  • Be a role model to team members through support and collaboration
  • Carry out daily briefings with the Technical Trainers and relevant stakeholders, then execute actions to meet the daily training requirements
  • Maintaining, developing, and utilising the Technical Training Skills Matrix to define the Gap Training requirements in liaison with the Work Group Coordinators and Supervisors
  • Support business policies and procedures including corrective action processes
