Proactively managing the performance, engagement and development of your team ensuring all team members are successfully motivated, trained and supported
Drive attainment of established team productivity, effectivity and KPI’s and provide feedback and reports to team members and management on a regular basis
Guidance and assistance to Team Members in setting and achieving SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Timely) goals
Ensuring your Team is equipped with all necessary; resources, processes, tooling and training to safely carry out their duties to meet the needs of the Strategic and Departmental Goals.
Be a role model to team members through support and collaboration
Carry out daily briefings with the Technical Trainers and relevant stakeholders, then execute actions to meet the daily training requirements
Maintaining, developing, and utilising the Technical Training Skills Matrix to define the Gap Training requirements in liaison with the Work Group Coordinators and Supervisors
Support business policies and procedures including corrective action processes
