Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Grange Extended Care

Job Description

We have an opportunity for dedicated and motivated Registered Nurses to undertake this exciting role in our Aged Residential Care Services.

In this role you will assist the Unit Manager with the effective and efficient management of the clinical services by providing clinical nurse leadership, managing and providing direction for nursing staff, and by maintaining effective coordination of care and communication between health care professionals.
