Business Facilitation Officer

Band 6 – $83,401 – $85,488 annually excluding superannuation

Permanent | Full Time

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have a strong work ethic. 


The role will be customer-focused and allow customers to navigate the complexity of regulatory planning and building requirements, as well as Council’s Local Laws. This service is highly personalised and tailored to the business and community needs to assist with providing advice on regulatory permit requirements and collaborating with applicants on regulatory permits submission and progress.


The role would also facilitate connection to other services within Council for businesses and where identified, escalate business development opportunities to executive level.
