About the Role
This role supports all facets of the Home Support Program with daily administrative duties; assisting with referral and roster administration; end of month reporting against funded targets; and efficient financial administration of Home Support programs.
The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills. A high level of computer literacy is required to efficiently use a number of software systems for patient appointment and fees management. Experience in a health setting is preferable.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Customer service
- Client record administration
- Administration assistance to the Home Support Coordinator
- Referral management
- Reconciliation of individual client financial accounts
- Provide accurate reporting to the Finance Department for journal entries
- Data entry
- Strong ability to manage your own workload
