The Telehealth Assistant is a clerical role providing regular phone calls to consumers, asking consumers to rate their health, and entering responses. Through regular phone calls, the Telehealth Assistant provides a consistent point of contact for the consumer and/or their carer.
This is a permanent part time role of 12 hours per week.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
Duties involved in this position are general administrative tasks including but not exclusive to:
- Perform regular phone calls to consumers and build rapport with consumers and their carers
- Data enrty
- Generate a positive telephone experience for the consumer in a controlled amount of time
- Provide great customer service, be worldly and non-judgemental and accepting of consumers lifestyle choices.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including scheduling and coordinating phone calls, appointments, referrals and other services as required by the Care Co-ordinator.
