Monitoring program administration assistant

Job Description

To provide administration assistance to the EGHS COVID monitoring team and health services within the COVID Monitoring Hub; East Grampians Health Service, East Wimmera Health Service, Maryborough District Health Service and Beaufort & Skipton Health Service.

Previous experience in administration including customer service, written and verbal communication and problem solving essential, with knowledge of the COVID Monitoring program desirable.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provides COVID monitoring administration support across COVID care positive pathways in the coalition
  • Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders to facilitate and foster a high standard of service provision that meet the needs of the COVID Monitoring teams, needs of patients, their families and carers
  • Utilises best communication to provide telephone and some telehealth support to COVID positive patients on a COVID positive pathway using best practice standards.
  • Escalates concerns and per set criteria using established pathways
