Customer Service Officer – Municipal Offices

About the role:

The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for customers and visitors and is responsible for assisting to all enquiries presented through various communication mediums. 

This position will work as an active member within the Corporate Support team, actively working across the Customer Services work team. 

The position provides professional, effective and efficient administrative service to all internal and external customers of the Ararat Rural City Council.
