Applicants must show a commitment to the provision of care which focuses on the elderly and demonstrate a sound level of nursing skills, working within safe practice principles.

Following the Montessori model of care, EGHS is seeking engaged and interested staff to work to this innovative Aged Care model which brings improved outcomes and quality of life for our residents.

Position Requirements:

• The role requires 7 days a week coverage on a rostered rotation including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• ability to contribute and practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• hold relevant qualifications either as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA (or be in the process of obtaining), or Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community).
• required to administer medications as per medication mobile and clinical manager programs
• computer literacy
