About the Role

The I-HEART Site Project Coordinator will provide support to the I-HEART project. I-HEART is an exciting and innovative research program that seeks to address key challenges in providing care to people with heart failure who live in regional and rural communities.

Under the supervision and support of the internal and external research team, the I-HEART Site Project Coordinator will screen, recruit, consent and coordinate hospitalised heart failure patients to be involved in the I-HEART project telehealth clinics. The role will assist with the engagement of local stakeholders and support EGHS participation in other I-HEART initiatives (e.g. workshops, education).

About You

This position is well suited to a person with a degree in nursing or related discipline with an interest in heart failure management. Demonstrated skills in organisation, time management and communication are essential. Research or project experience is desirable, however applicants interested in developing these skills are also encouraged to apply.

Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance (Including COVID-19) and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks)
