Maintenance team leader

Job Description

A vacancy exists for a Maintenance Team Leader position in the Support Services Department up to full-time.

We are seeking applicants with:

  • Skills to co-ordinate maintenance functions including administration duties and hands-on
  • Excellent leadership/communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to engage and support others as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage diversity
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Good work ethic and attention to detail
  • Are flexible to job needs
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & safety (OH&S)
  • Ensure contractors and staff are carrying out all works and adhere to OH&S
  • Experience in preventative and general maintenance would be advantageous
