As part of the team, you will help to serve our clients, assist our staff and do all the important background tasks to keep the Community Health Centre running smoothly and efficiently.
The successful applicant/s will be experienced administrators and have excellent customer service and receptionists skills. A high level of computer literacy is required to efficiently use a number of software systems for patient appointment and fees management. Experience in a health setting is preferable.
Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- General customer service
- Telephone management
- Booking appointments
- Account receipting
- Client record administration
- General administration assistance to all staff
- Referral management
- Data entry
Successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment (police and WWCC) and Immunisation checks.
