Receptionist / administrative assistant medical imaging

Job Description

This position is permanent part time of 28 hours per week, and works alongside another receptionist, so flexibility is required to cover the lunch break, annual leave and sick leave periods.

Working alongside another receptionist, you will also cover lunch break periods.

Candidates will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills including a strong ability to manage your own workload.  The ability to use your initiative and problem solve is essential, as are strong computer and data base skills.

Previous experience with receipting and balancing of financial systems is desirable and experience in the health industry would be well regarded but not essential.

Duties will include the following:

  • Front desk customer service
  • Receipting
  • Mail
  • Other financial tasks
  • Booking patient exams
  • Liaising with Medical Practitioners

Appointment is subject to Eligibility to Work in Australia, mandatory Immunisation clearance, and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks).
