The role of EGHS executive services is to implement organisational strategic direction. In addition to our Chief Executive Officer, executive services consist of several specialist areas including Quality Assurance, Development and Improvement, Human Resources, Payroll, Community liaison and Financial Services.
What we Offer
About the Role
To provide reception, administrative and clerical support to EGHS at front reception ensuring the smooth, efficient and appropriate response to the needs of visitors, patients and staff both in person and on the phone.
- Previous experience in Customer service, preferably within a health services environment
- Experienced in the use of office machines including health phone systems, photocopiers, fax machines and scanners
- Working knowledge of Windows based software systems (eg Word, Excel)
- Handling of cash, EFTOPOS and other payment systems
- Flexibility to adjust to the changing COVID environment
Appointment is subject to immunisation clearance (Including COVID-19) and current and satisfactory Employment Checks (Police and Working With Children Checks).
