Social worker on experience

This position provides the opportunity to practice across multiple settings including Community, Inpatient, Urgent Care and Aged Care as well as participating in project and improvement activities. You will join other dedicated health professionals as a member of our multidisciplinary Community Services team, delivering a range of health services to people throughout the Ararat Rural City catchment.
