About the role
An opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse(s) to join our innovative and committed team at Coleraine. The position will work across all areas in the facility including acute and aged care.
The successful candidate will have the ability and desire to lead a team of nurses and careers in providing excellent person centred care to support and enrich the lives of the patients and residents.
You will bring:
- AHPRA registration
- Experience and knowledge in acute and aged care
- Understanding ACFI documentation & Aged Care Standards
- Wound management and the Montessori approach to individualise the aged care experience

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current employee National Criminal Police Check.
Dependent on your position you be required to obtain an employee Victorian Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
All successful applicants are to comply with mandatory vaccination requirements, including COVID, at WDHS – current immunisation records and evidence is required, including Booster requirements
