About the role
Western District Health Service – Grange Residential Care Service is seeking a highly motivated person with excellent clerical skills to join our team to provide clerical support and assistance to the Nurse Unit Manager and clinical and hotel services staff.
You will contribute to optimum resident information management and provide customer centred service to residents, relatives members of the public and staff. Aptitude using various computer packages is essential, with the suitable applicant being required to carry out a diverse range of clerical and administrative duties. The applicant must be enthusiastic, and team-orientated with excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service and clerical experience in a healthcare environment will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police/NDIS Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements, including COVID and Booster.
