Western District Health Service has an opportunity for Health Care Workers to join our innovative and committed medical team. 

Hours of work will include shift work, weekends and public holidays.

The role will assist residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and to provide daily care using a person centred approach in accordance to the resident’s individual care plans.

You will bring:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Advanced communication skills
  • High levels of energy
  • Person centred approach
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment

WDHS Offers:

  • EBA based remuneration
  • Salary Packaging
  • Living Expenses capped at $9,010 which includes repayments on mortgages, credit cards, personal loans and rental payments and Meal Entertainment & Accommodation capped at $2,650 which includes food and drink consumed in a social or entertainment settings and some accommodation expenditure

Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
