Hours of work will include shift work, weekends and public holidays.
The role will assist residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and to provide daily care using a person centred approach in accordance to the resident’s individual care plans.

You will bring:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Advanced communication skills
- High levels of energy
- Person centred approach
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
WDHS Offers:
- EBA based remuneration
- Salary Packaging
- Living Expenses capped at $9,010 which includes repayments on mortgages, credit cards, personal loans and rental payments and Meal Entertainment & Accommodation capped at $2,650 which includes food and drink consumed in a social or entertainment settings and some accommodation expenditure
