About the role
We have an exciting career opportunity for Casual Nurse Attendants / Personal Services Assistants to join our Acute Care Services team. This position includes providing support to patients and ward staff.
The ability to work as part of a team is essential and previous experience in a health care setting is desirable.
The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Emergency Department Unit Manager and contribute to the provision of services within the WDHS by maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Hours of work will include shift work, weekends and public holidays.

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required. All employees must comply with WDHS vaccination requirements, including COVID and Booster shots. WDHS is a smoke-free workplace.
