32 hours per week fixed up to April 2024
reverting to 24 hours per week thereafter
Salary packaging options ($9010) including meals and entertainment ($2650.00)

About the role
We are seeking a part time Payroll Clerk to join the Pay Office Team.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, proficient in Microsoft excel, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Previous payroll experience is desirable.
The main duties for the Payroll Clerk will include:
- Payroll Processing
- Maintaining employee master file records
- Preparation of fortnightly & monthly payroll reports
- Answering Payroll queries
- HR support as required

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements, including COVID and Booster
