Admin Grade 1 (HS1)

Permanent Part Time

32 hours per fortnight

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dedicated Finance team. This permanent part time position is available for an immediate start and includes working between Monday to Friday. The Accounts Assistant will provide assistance with the day to day tasks relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable and other services provided by the Finance team. The primary purpose of this position is the management of accounts receivable including invoice raising and debtor follow up, in line with current policies, whilst also providing assistance to the accounts payable function and wider Finance team where required.

Key Selection Criteria include:


  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Sound knowledge of accounts receivable processes
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in an environment of change
  • Ability to work as part of a team


  • Accounts receivable or payable experience in the health sector
  • Accounting/business qualifications
