Pharmacy Tech Grade 1 (TF1)
Permanent Part Time
(32 hrs per fortnight)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated Pharmacy team. This permanent part position is available for an immediate start and includes working between Monday to Friday, 2 days per week with occasional rostered Saturday morning shifts. There may be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as they become available. This role involves assisting the Pharmacists with providing a high quality, safe, efficient and effective pharmacy service. This includes ordering, receiving stock and replacing stock in the wards, as well as answering phones, serving at the counter, and communicating with patients and other health professionals.
Key Selection Criteria include:
- Computer Literacy
- Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 12 months hospital pharmacy experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to be pro-active and possessing problem solving skills
