About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse / Community Health Nurse to join our innovative and committed team at the Merino Community Health Centre, Merino (approx. 40 mins drive west of Hamilton). The Merino Community Health Centre services the towns of Merino and Digby, as well as the surrounding districts.
The position will provide in home district nursing care as well as a wide variety of Centre based services, including wound care, pathology, group exercise, health promotion and allied health clinic coordination. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and flexibility in their work.
You will bring:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
- A current driver’s license is essential.
- 4 years post graduate experience is preferred.
- District nursing experience is desirable.

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
